Naam Shabana has hold well on 5th day at box office. Being a partial holiday of Ram Navami in the country, the collections saw a spike in some states and evening shows witnessed a decent occupancy.
On its 1st Tuesday, the film brought in 2.50 crore to make its 5 day total of 23.80 crore. It will easily cross the 25 crore mark by the end of its 1st week which is a good thing.
Naam Shabana has now surpassed the collections of Rangoon and Ok Jaanu. It will once again see a good boost in earnings in 2nd week as there are no big releases this week, except Baahubali: The Beginning is re-releasing.
This spy thriller has received good to average reviews but its buzz is working strongly in metro cities. Taapsee Pannu’s acting and action scenes are getting appreciated.
The film is a spin-off of Akshay Kumar’s 2015 film ‘Baby’ and it is directed by Shivam Nair. It also stars Akshay Kumar, Manoj Bajpayee, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Anupam Kher.
