The Maharashtra government took the decision to remove the entertainment tax from the film as Sachin Tendulkar has made the state and the country proud by his achievement. This movie has already gone tax-free in Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Karnataka.
This move will help reduce the ticket prices so that more and more people who are fans of Sachin, can watch the film and get inspired. ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’ is a documentary, wherein Sachin himself shares the crucial moments of his childhood to present day.
