Ajay Devgn’s Raid has released in theaters from today. It is his first film of 2018 and he is playing the role of a brave and honest Income Tax Officer in UP.
Raid is getting a slow response in its morning shows. The occupancy for the film is around 20% which is low, considering it’s an Ajay Devgn film. Raid is not a mass entertainer so it won’t be having a huge footfall but its occupancy will be improving by afternoon.
The early reviews for the film are good and the audience is also positively recommending it so the situation will definitely rise for this thriller.
Raid has got 3400 screens in India which is a good number. It doesn’t have any competition at box office. In overseas, its screen count is 369, totalling 3769 screens worldwide.
Raid is based on a true story of one of the biggest income tax raids in India”s history. It also stars Saurabh Shukla and Ileana D’Cruz and it is directed by Raj Kumar Gupta.
