Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon starrer Raabta might be in legal trouble as the makers of S. S. Rajamouli’s ‘Magadheera’ have filed a case in Hyderabad court, seeking to stop the release of Raabta. The makers are filing the case due to the copyright violation.
When Raabta’s trailer was release a few weeks ago, there had been lots of speculations on social media about the film’s reincarnation narrative being similar to ‘Magadheera’.
Hyderabad court will hear the case on June 1st and will decide upon the verdict. Raabta is slated to release on 9th June. It is directed by Dinesh Vijan.
Magadheera was a love story which starred Ram Charan and Kajan Aggarwal. It covered the plot-line of reincarnation which is also the theme of Raabta.
Magaddhera is said to be a benchmark in Telugu cinema and it is directed by none other than S. S. Rajamouli, the same director who gave India the visionary great ‘Baahubali’ saga. Let’s see how this issue gets resolved.
