Tiger Shroff’s Munna Michael has opened poorly in morning shows. Despite having a good buzz, it could only witness an occupancy of around 18% in its morning shows.
The fill rate was expected to be much better as it is a mass entertainer with dance and action in it, a massive attractive point for the crowd but it seems to have not worked that way. The crowd is not seen in theaters for the shows.
Moreover, multiplex audience is preferring Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk. Nolan is one of the greatest directors of this time so the excitement to watch the war film is enormous not just in India but across the world. However, Munna Michael and Dunkirk are entirely different films and the former will anyways have a good response from single screens.
The early reviews for Munna Michael are negative. It will regardless show an improvement as the day progresses as young crowd loves dance films and Tiger Shroff holds a good fan following among them. But it also needs positive reviews without which it can’t sustain and grow over the weekend.
