After the not-upto-the-mark opening weekend, Tiger Shroff’s Munna Michael is awaiting the Monday test at box office. It did show some growth on Sunday, giving some hope for its weekdays run. So far, the Monday occupancy is looking very poor and if it continues throughout the day, the film is already hinting a failure.
The 4th day occupancy for Munna Michael is around 8-10% which is pretty low. The multiplexes are not showing any sign of decent footfalls. Single screens are somewhat looking positive but that’s still won’t be enough.
Evening shows might see some hold and the fill rate might increase to 15-20%. But, it it doesn’t, Munna Michael will have a tough time ahead and will not even cross the 30 crore mark.
On Monday, the movie can earn in the range of 3-3.20 crore if occupancy improves otherwise the earnings will fall below 3 crore which will not be a good sign.
It was surprising that Munna Michael didn’t collect much despite having a big buzz before the release. Its trailer and songs had been liked by the audience. The crowd didn’t like the story though and critics also panned it unanimously.
