Talking about screen count, it is obvious that Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again is a bigger film and has got more screen share. Golmaal Again has been released in more than 3500 screens in India and in overseas, 732 screens have been allotted to it. the total number of screens worldwide for this 4th installment of Golmaal franchise is 4232+ screens which is pretty heavy.
Golmaal Again is also capitalizing huge on this screen count. In India, it is constantly witnessing packed theaters and will be looking at a 20+ crore opening day.
Aamir Khans’ production Secret Superstar has got decent number of screens in India, around 1750 and in international regions, it is getting 1090 screens. Aamir has a very massive fan base in overseas too as it was clear from Dangal. With a total 2840 screens globally, Secret Superstar can mint enough total to enter the profitable zone.
Secret Superstar has taken a slow start at box office but it was expected as content driven films grow over the weekend with a positive word of mouth.
