Madhur Bhandarkar is known to make films on social topics with thought provoking stories. His next film is also one of those stories. Titled as ‘Indu Sarkar’, the film’s shooting begins today. Indu Sarkar is said to be based on the emergency situation in the period of 1975-1977 in India, declared by the late Indira Gandhi.
