Dangal has already beaten Hollywood movie Guardians of Galaxy: Vol 2 last week and is now the no. 1 film in China box office. Interestingly, there is no big Hollywood release in China till 26th May, so Dangal has open ground to rule. ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ will be releasing on 26th May.
This biopic can even cross the 600 crore line and who knows how big will it go in coming days as its weekdays collections are in the 25-30 crore range and weekend numbers are touching astonishing 80-90 crore mark which is simply record shattering. The film has got 7000 screens in China.
