S. S. Rajamouli‘s grand film Baahubali 2 has completed its 1st week at box office and there are so many records it has broken during its run. The movie (for all versions) is already the Highest Grossing Indian Film of All Time and is still showing amazing response in theaters.
On its 7th day (1st Thursday), Baahubali 2 (Hindi) collected approximately 24 crore to make its big total of 247 crore in 1 week. What’s amazing is that the movie has shown a constant occupancy above 50% throughout the weekdays and for evening shows, it is more than 60%.
The film has collected above 20 crore on all days which is humongous. Only Aamir Khan’s Dangal has done it previously.
These are Baahubali 2’s 1st Week Box Office Collections:
Friday – 41 crore
Saturday – 40.50 crore
Sunday – 46.50 crore
Monday – 40.25 crore
Tuesday – 30 crore
Wednesday – 26 crore
Thursday – 22.75 crore
Total 1st Week: 247 crore
Baahubali 2 (Hindi) has the Highest 1st Week Collections of All Time. From today, its 2nd week has started and there is no competition for the movie as no other Hindi movie has released; only the Hollywood film ‘Guardians of Galaxy: Vol 2’ is screening, so Baahubali 2 will once again rule the box office and break some more records.
For all versions, the film has now collected a whooping 534 crore. S. S. Rajamouli and the team must be happy with such a huge response for their movie.
For Hindi version, Baahubali 2 will surely cross the Dangal’s lifetime total and will become the Highest Grossing Film of All Time.
