It has become a standard protocol that whenever Aamir Khan releases his film, that movie becomes the highest grosser of the year. Looks like, it is going to happen in 2016 as well. Salman Khan’s Sultan which released in July 2016 holds a record of the highest grossing film this year with 300.45 crore collections in India. Now, Aamir Khan’s Dangal is cruising in to beat those collections in next 2-3 days.
Dangal has so far earned 271.24 crore in just 10 days and is currently the 2nd highest grosser of 2016. In coming days, it will enter the 300 crore club and easily beat Sultan’s lifetime collections. Yet again, Aamir Khan’s film will be the Highest Earner of the Year.
Dangal is earning 25+ crore daily on average and it still has 11 more days open before any other film releases to share its screens. So, it will also look to create 350 crore club first time in Bollywood.
